How to Join the Beyond Med Provider Network

To join the Beyond Med provider network, a practice reviews the provider agreement for its state, agrees member pricing for the services it wants to offer, submits its provider information, completes review, and is listed once Beyond Med confirms final approval and activation.

Last updated 8 October 2026

There are eight steps, and none of them involves submitting claims to Beyond Med.

Beyond Med is not insurance. Members pay participating practices directly at an agreed member price. This page covers what you need before you start, each step, what changes at your front desk, and what you keep responsible for once you are listed.

Key takeaways

  • Start by reviewing the provider agreement for your state. Download it from the Beyond Med provider page and email it to info@beyondmedplans.com, or call 1-844-267-6192.
  • You write the services you will offer members and the discount on the agreement. Members normally receive about 20% off on average, but the number on your agreement is yours.
  • A signed agreement or a submitted form does not make a practice listed. You are listed after review, final approval and activation.
  • Members pay you directly. There is no claim to submit to Beyond Med, but your staff verify eligibility and apply the agreed price.
  • The agreement is nonexclusive, and Beyond Med does not offer or require exclusive territories.
  • Each location and clinician you want listed is submitted and approved separately.

Is my practice a good fit before I start?

A practice tends to be a strong fit if it:

  • holds every license and credential its services and locations require, and carries professional liability insurance;
  • offers self-pay, elective, wellness or related services that people seek outside or alongside traditional benefits;
  • can set a member price that is meaningful to the member and sustainable for the practice, and hold it consistently;
  • can accept new patients for the services it lists;
  • can train front-desk, scheduling and billing staff to recognize Beyond Med members and verify eligibility; and
  • can keep its offices, clinicians, services, prices and contact information current.

Beyond Med's member program includes categories such as weight management and GLP-1 programs, fertility, dermatology and medical spa, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, hormone and IV therapy, mental wellness, hair restoration, plastic surgery, hearing, surgical vision and veterinary care. The program currently does not include hospital stays, emergency room visits, primary care visits or dental services.

It is generally not a fit if you:

  • will not honor a consistent member price;
  • expect Beyond Med to reimburse claims;
  • cannot accept new patients for the services you would list;
  • are missing required licensure, credentials or insurance;
  • market with unsupported medical, drug, anti-aging, fertility or weight-loss claims; or
  • treat network participation as a guarantee of patient volume.

What are the eight steps to join?

  • Explore fit. Talk with the Beyond Med team about your services, locations, capacity and the pricing approach. Email info@beyondmedplans.com or call 1-844-267-6192 to start.
  • Review the agreement. Get the provider agreement and addendum for your state. State addenda and service-specific schedules can differ, so use the one you are given. The agreement is a short document with an information supplement, plus a longer addendum. Read all of it, or have counsel do so.
  • Define your member pricing. On the agreement you list the services to be discounted and the discount for each. Some practices prefer a fixed member price or a service-specific schedule, which can be agreed in writing. Aim for a price that is meaningful to the member and workable for you.
  • Submit your provider information. For each provider and office you want listed, the information supplement asks for a name, date of birth, provider NPI or license number and state of license, office NPI if applicable, office address and email. Beyond Med may also ask for your legal practice name, confirmation of professional liability insurance, telehealth or mobile service geography, and profile material such as a logo, photographs, hours and a short description.
  • Complete review. Beyond Med or a designated third party reviews your credentials and materials. The addendum says credentialing approval applies where a state or federal regulator, or Beyond Med, deems it necessary given Beyond Med's licensure status, so ask what applies in your state. Beyond Med also approves each service delivery site during onboarding.
  • Build your profile. Approved information is set up for the provider search and member experience. It can include practice and provider name, specialty, address and service area, phone and scheduling link, hours, participating treatments, discount, and whether services are in office, virtual, mobile or in home.
  • Go live. You are listed only after Beyond Med confirms final approval and activation. Until then you are a prospective provider or applicant, and you should not tell patients you are in network.
  • Serve members and keep information current. Verify eligibility, apply the agreed price, collect payment directly and report changes to locations, clinicians, services, prices, licensure and availability.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on how complete your information is, your provider type, your state and any regulatory requirement, so Beyond Med does not publish a fixed turnaround. Ask the team what to expect for your state and practice when you request your agreement, and treat any date they give you as an estimate until activation is confirmed.

What actually changes at my practice?

  • No Beyond Med claims. A Beyond Med visit is a direct-pay visit. There is no claim, no adjudication and no explanation of benefits from Beyond Med.
  • A new check-in step. Your front desk confirms that the patient is an active member, that your practice, location and service participate, and what the agreed price is, before the service.
  • Direct payment. You collect from the member under your normal self-pay process and give an appropriate receipt. Lawful, disclosed deposit and cancellation policies can stay, as long as they do not undo the agreed member price.
  • Your other patients are priced as before. The agreed price applies to Beyond Med members for the services you listed.
  • Your payer contracts are untouched. Insurance billing is separate from a Beyond Med visit and remains subject to your own contracts.
  • Written treatment plans. Members approve planned services in writing before you perform them, in a format you choose.
  • Best price applies. If you are running a public promotion that is better than the member price, the member gets the better of the two.

Verify membership at beyondmedplans.com/eligibility-check, or contact Beyond Med at info@beyondmedplans.com or 1-844-267-6192. If a patient does not appear as an active member, contact Beyond Med before the service where possible. Beyond Med does not pay the bill in that case.

What do I get in return, and what is not promised?

Approved practices can be listed in the network and the provider search, and may be promoted through social media, member newsletters, employer Open Enrollment and targeted campaigns. Which channels are used depends on category, geography, member demand and campaign.

Beyond Med does not guarantee patient volume, searches, appointments, revenue or a launch date. It does not control clinical judgment, treatment planning or scheduling.

Frequently asked questions

How do I join the Beyond Med provider network?

Review the provider agreement for your state, agree member pricing, submit your provider information and complete review. You are listed after Beyond Med confirms final approval and activation. Start by emailing info@beyondmedplans.com or calling 1-844-267-6192.

Does it cost anything to join?

The provider agreement and addendum published on beyondmedplans.com describe no enrollment, monthly or listing fee, and set no minimum patient volume. The cost is the discount you agree to give members. Review the current agreement for your state for any applicable charge.

Do I have to file claims or bill insurance for Beyond Med members?

No Beyond Med claim is submitted. The member pays you directly at the agreed price. You may still keep your own clinical records and receipts.

How do I confirm someone is a Beyond Med member?

Use the eligibility check at beyondmedplans.com/eligibility-check, or contact Beyond Med at info@beyondmedplans.com or 1-844-267-6192.

Can I set my own rate?

You agree the discount or member price for each service you offer. Beyond Med members normally receive reductions of about 20% on average, but that is a typical reference and not a required minimum.

Does signing the agreement put me in the network?

No. A signed agreement or submitted form does not by itself make a practice listed. Beyond Med reviews your information, and you are listed after final approval and activation.

Can I add more than one location or clinician?

Yes, subject to submitting the required information and approval for each location and clinician. Do not direct members to a location before it is active.

Will this affect the insurance plans I already accept?

No. Beyond Med is not insurance, and the agreement is nonexclusive. Insurance billing is separate from a Beyond Med visit and remains subject to your own payer contracts.

Do I have to give Beyond Med exclusivity in my area?

No. Beyond Med does not offer or require exclusive territories, and you may join other networks.

Can I leave the network?

Either party can end the agreement without cause on 30 days written notice. If it ends, you complete any course of treatment a member had already begun. Follow the notice provision in your signed agreement.
